Hey people, I've been reading quite a bit on the forums and reading reviews and put together a build for gaming.
My budget is around €1000-€1100 ($1300-$1450), I live in Belgium (Europe) , so I wont be ordering from newegg, ect..
I'm ordering from a shop in the Netherlands.
Here is what I got so far :
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
Memory: Corsair Vengeance (16 GB : 2 x 8 GB - DIMM 240-pins - DDR3 - 1600 MHz / PC3-12800)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 (1TB)
Storage(SSD): Crucial m4 (128GB)
Video Card: ASUS GTX660 TI-DC2-2GD5 (2 GB - GDDR5)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 370
Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CX600 Bronze
Optical Drive: - Already have one.
Monitor : Samsung SyncMaster S22B300H (21.5")
Total: €1074 ($1,418.52)
Extra:
- I know the case doesn't have front USB3.0 but I'm ok with that.
- Not planning to do serious overclocking (Might overclock CPU a little since I have the unlocked version & a good CPU cooler)
- Is the Video Card future proof? (Will it play games on decent settings in a few years)
Are there any suggestions? They are welcome!
