Hello, I am working on a new build focused on 1440p gaming and some light audio production.
I will be keeping my current GPU (Asus Rog Strix 1080oc) and PSU (EVGA G2 550w) and I already decided to buy:
Ryzen 7 3700x
Be quiet DR4 PRO cooler
Samsung 970 evo plus 500gb
Fractal Design Meshify C

I need help choosing the Motherboard and Memory modules.
I would prefer to go with an x570 chipset since I tend to keep systems for 5 years at least and would like to make use of the latest features when they'll become available, unless you think it is just a waste of money and it's better to get a more premium x470 for the same price tag. Budget around the 250€, I am more biased towards ASUS and MSI since I never owned Aorus or Asrock and I read about some issues about bios and compatibility, but I am open to any suggestion. Could go up to 300€ if there are some features worth it. Don't need WIFI, I use LAN.

Now about the memory:
I have read that the best RAM for Ryzen 7 3700x would be 3200 cl14 or 3600 cl16, are they worth the extra price tag or should I just buy a 3600 c18?
What brands you suggest? I don't care about RGB on the RAM since the cooler would hide them anyway.
Would I run in worse RAM performance with x470 compared to a x570 chipset?

Ultimately, you can't really go wrong with any of them, the negavitity you see will always be geared to what you read, and most of what you see online will be negative feedback. For example ASUS get slated constantly for poor customer service, MSI for poor BIOS issues.

They all make good and bad boards at the end of the day.

Usually the price difference isn't huge, but generally the 3200 C14 and 3600C16 are worth it. Is it a huge difference? No, but is it usually a noticeable difference? It can be. Ultimately i tend to recommend 3200 C16 for the best value for money area.

Any good quality brand will do. One that offers lifetime warranty on their modules; Corsair, Kingston, GSkill, Crucial etc.

No. You'll be fine on either chipset.

Thanks for your advice, unfortunately here in Italy all the models you suggested costs double that price and the best offer would be 150€ for a gskill 3600 C16. I could grab a 3200 c16 for 90/100€ though so I'll consider as a last option or maybe invest 50€ more in a motherboard instead?

Only considering build, components quality and bios stability, are there any motherboards you would recommend?
