$1500 Budget, I am not getting the 7970 over the 670, thinking about getting a 5400RPM hard drive instead since I am only using it for storage, my 128gb ssd will be for booting and my games.

Why not the 7970 over the 670 if I may? Though I respect your decision.

I would go for a Samsung 830 128GB for a SSD over the one you have chosen.

That is also a quite expensive power supply for your build.

With the newest drivers that came out a few days ago the 7970 runs over the 670 and competes with the 680

Just looked at the new driver. Might even get the sapphire 7970 ghz in this case.. ^.0

i changed the hdd for a green one with 2TB and the psu for xfx 750w and a gigabyte 7970 ghz edition :
