Everything looks good but the psu and board. Both are crazy expensive. .. and change that CM 212 to a CM EVO.

I prefer a full modular psu. mobo around $200, seems like a decent price. or should i get a mobo with 1 pcix16 3.0? because im pretty sure i will not use sli and all that.
k changed to evo, it comes with a thermal compound right?

My last 3 boards have all been Gigabyte and they've all been incredibly solid. Asus makes great boards as well. Just make sure that you don't get mATX or you'll limit your expansion options.

I also agree with what was said about Seasonic PSUs - they are nice but they're incredibly expensive. If you look around you can find Seasonic OEM PSUs like this one for like 1/2 the cost: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703027

I really like the Gigabyte board (I have the UD3H) but you can't go wrong with any of them. The Asrock board is fine - I had some problems with it but I think that's because I had my CPU cooler installed incorrectly.

Get this for your PSU instead - Rosewill is not really a good choice, this would be better: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703027

That psu I posted above is modular and no need for a 750w psu for a single card build. 550w is what Nvidia recommends on their website for a gtx 680 and they are taking into account the crappier psu's when they state that.

Everything looks good but I don't see the point in that $200 mATX board that's strictly for hard core over clocking and nothing else. It seems a bit excessive imo. If it's the color of the board that catches your eye then this board down below will o/c just as high as that Asus board and do it for cheaper. It also combo's with the 3570K to save a few $ and it has the red and black theme like that Asus board.

The CM 922 case is nice but it's a bit dated. All these new 1155 boards come with the front 3.0 USB header so you might want to add one to that case to take advantage of it. This one down below snaps right onto the front of that case.

Is ASrock really a good and reliable brand?? compared to Asus?

and hmm i just bought a external hard drive that is a usb 2.0, should i return it and get a external with usb 3.0??

Asus, Asrock, Gigabyte ( don't know much about MSI boards) are all solid boards imo. You can't go wrong with any of those three board manufactures.
