New Gaming Build-No Power

I have tried everything to no avail. EVGA 850B2 tested ok out of the box. After build complete I get absolutely no power. I tried other outlets. I did find one of the tiny cables from the power button pinched under its bracket on the case but I would think even if that were the case I would see some life after turning in the PSU. RAM is in correct slots iam just frustrated.
