Hello everyone, it's been a while since I built a new computer but would like to see what recommendations and advice the community can help me with.

  • 1. I'm in the market for a gaming build with a budget of $800. I am open to both Intel or AMD mobo builds.
    2. What I need would be everything except case/tower, peripherals, and OS. I plan on using a full tower.
    3. Although I prefer newegg any other trusted sites will do. Also please keep it to as little rebates as possible.
    4. I would like the build to be relevant for at least the next 5 - 10 years with room for potential upgrades.
Last but not least, thank you everyone for any help or input I can get. Forgot to mention I plan on purchasing this in 2 - 3 weeks.

I don't have a case yet, but It will be a full tower. If you would like to throw suggestions non included with budget feel free. I'm not looking for fancy stuff, but would like something sleek with great cooling. Thanks =D

OS is Win 8 pro.

Thanks for the quick replies. I will look into those builds.

It has $20 mail-in, best i could do and keep the price close to $800, this will be a very powerful computer though.
