OK guys I have some money and want a new build however this is a lot of cash to throw down so I want it to be perfect. I will be running 3 monitors Asus VG278HE 27" 144hz. I will not be over clocking. Games I will be playing Wildstar/Destiny/Titanfall/CallofDuty/ and more. I will be doing SLI how ever I would like to buy the 2nd GPU at a later time.

Some parts I want to use
CPU I7 4770
Mobo ???
GPU GTX 780TI
PSU ??? Full Modular
RAM 8gig 1600
SSD Samsung 840 pro 256g
Case Corsair 760T Full Tower
CD/DVD drive ???
OS Windows 7 or 8?? Whats better?
Also is there a monitor stand that could hold all 3 monitors?

If you were me how would you build this?

Ok here is mu suggestion.

First of all Corsair 760T is not out yet but i find it in newegg.
Second. Take the 4770k it only cost 7$ more.
Third. I Suggest you 2xR9 290 Crossfire. Will give you better perfomance in tripple monitor gaming in this range of budget.
Four. I Add you 16GB Ram because you need them with tripple monitor.

These are both really good builds. I particularly like the H100i.

For dual high end GPUs you definitely want at least an FX-8350 or i7 4770k to drive them properly.

In fact, if you can swing the extra $220 or so in your budget, I'd suggest you look at a 6 core Intel if possible. Considring the investment you're about to make it might be a good move for the longevity of your new build.

That's about the only thing I would change here.

Here is dual 780's build if you can go for 2300$ you can add better cooler and HDD

Thanks guys I do see a few things I don't I will need a $100 Cpu cooler. I would rather pick the CM 212 also I will only need 1 HDD not 2. Do you think I would need to go 3way SLI down the road? So you think Windows 8.1 is the way to go?

I think I'm going to stick to the 4770, but thanks for the info also to keep my fps up with 3 monitors do you think I would need to go 3 video cards or would 2 be ok? Will these $100 PSUs be ok I really want a top on the line PSU

I Think with my build with 2xR9 290 you can have a smooth 60+ fps in tripple monitor ultra settings. I dont think a single 780 ti can handle ultra settings 60+ fps in triple monitor 144hz.
Also i dont think you can play Titanfall ultra in tripple monitor with 8GB ram its risky. Thats why i suggest you 16.

Last he asked about two way or three way SLI and two 780 in SLI will handle 3 monitor setup
but you're right two 290X would be better for multi monitor setup

Why/How would it be better?

In triple monitor you need more GPU Ram.
A single 780ti got only 3GB which is good for single/double monitor in ultra. But in triple monitor if you wanna reach ultra settings 60+ fps you need more ram so...
8GB Vram in GPU is more than enough for everything in future.

Bear also in mind that he wants triple 2560x1440!!!
