I don't see any incompatibilities, but I would like to see you use a better quality PSU. Consider swapping for a Seasonic S12II 520 or XFX TS 550. Both have more than enough watts for your system.

You need to buy a better power supply the one you have listed is junk, bit larger SSD, 2tb hard drive should be more than enough, better WIFI, and add the extra 120mm case fan. That case is not the best for cooling the extra fan will help.
