This isn't a triple channel memory CPU, I would suggest just getting an 8GB 2x4GB DDR3 1600 set.

The 212+ is a great value for CPU heatsinks and is definitely recommended, especially if you plan to overclock.

Consider the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDDs.

Plus 12GB is overkill for gaming, 4GB would be plenty.

An 850W PSU might be overkill for a single GTX 580, but it wouldn't be if you added a second GTX 580.

You have triple channel RAM up there that's meant for a socket 1336 board. You want DDR3 Dual Channel RAM 1.5v. Also that card is a 3GB card, and unless your running triple monitors it will actually hurt you on FPS in a lower resolution like 1920x1200. Also an 850w psu is under kill if anything. Google "gtx 580 SLI power consumption".

Well, that's a nice motherboard, but i'm sticking with the one I have now.
Yeah, I just switched it out for the Corsair Vengance 2x4GB.
Yeah, that's why I think I might get it, I'm planning on overclocking the CPU to a min. of 4GHz
Nah, the Samsung Spinpoint drives are only 3GB/s, that one is 6GB/s, and costs not much more.

Changed the RAM.
And speacking of which, I'm running two 24" widescreen monitors at 1080p. I'm sure.
And power? CPU = 95Watts(OC'd probably 110?)
Mobo = What? 100Watts?
Card =(approx.) 250Watts
HDD = insignificant amount
Disk Drive = ^
Fans = around 50Watts.
Overallwattage = around 600. Underkill?
