NO sorry NOT including OS, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard and Case. it can be a little over 800 as well but i'm trying to keep it around that price.

and I was planning on an Intel, but I am new to this so if AMD suits me better, then that could work for me.

Although the info you told us is good. Things like OC and SLI/CF are still a question.
