Im currently using the Steelseries siberia v2 and I really like them, my brother says they are really bad and he´s using the logitech g35. I think he´s wrong, I tried he´s g35 in a csgo match and I could not tell where the enemy was. But with my siberia v2 I could tell clearly.

Im considering buying a new one, but Im not sure. I play csgo competetivly and games like battlefield where I need to hear footsteps but I couldnt with the g35. Whitch is 7.1 but with the siberia v2 whitch is stereo i think.

Im looking at the new Corsair void...

Should i get a new headset?
Is the siberia v2 bad?
If i should get a new headset is corsair void a good choice?

be careful with corsair, although i have not tried their void headset i have tried a corsair keyboard and it took a shit like 6 months into using it, corsair has made great quality components over the years and over the past few years they've expanded into making peripherals but i dont think they've quite got the hang of doing it just yet. if anything, see if you could find the headset at like a bestbuy or another electronics store, take them home, try them, and if their not too your liking, return them.

Personally though, can't go wrong with some Astro A40's if u got the cash.

If I'd go for the A40's I would like the mixamppro thing and in Sweden it would cost around 300dollars and I dont want to spent that money on an headset. Ill probably stick with the siberia v2 as long as I cant try some other headset my own. Thanks for the tips anyway!
