Solution
My favorite site for gaming laptops is www.xoticpc.com

Keep in mind that if you go for a high res 4k screen, performance will go down. I think a standard 1080 range screen will be fine for a laptop and it will help a lot in keeping your games running longer with smoother frames and higher settings.

This is a very strong laptop with a desktop 980 video chip in it, although it's a bit over your budget http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np9870-clevo-p870dmg-p-8782.html
