Hi everyone I have had a Dell Insipron 15 7000 for a month now and most games were runiing great (Witcher 3, Skyrim SE, Fallout 4) until yesterday. Yesterday I installed the trial version for ME Andromeda from origin and got super long loading time including some that ended with a crash of my computer and blue screen of death, I eventually managed to run it to find it so stuttery that it's basically unplayable (even in low), I assumed it was just this one game that was too heavy for my computer but today I tried to run TW3 again and also found stutters. Maybe it's a RAM issue as I only have 4GB but didn't run into any problem until now.
I uploaded my specs below and thanks in advance for any kind of help

Restore your laptop to a spot before you installed that new game, to see if it runs like it used to.

Also, the minimum amount of RAM for that game is listed as 8GB. Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue trying to play it.

So I just reinstalled the last driver for my GPU and most of the issues seem to be fixed, older games work as they used to and even mass effect works better. I still had blue screens of deaths (usually just after being back to desktop from a game) that say VIDEO_DXGLRN_ERROR. Removing the plug seems to improve it but I didn't have enough experiments yet to be sure.
Thanks for the answer so far
