AMD FX-9590 Vishera 8-Core 4.7 GHz is good for gaming and I have Nvidia GTX 970 4GB VIdeo is this compatible with this processes.

Both are compatible, yes, but I wouldn't buy the FX-9xxx series. The TDP is ridiculously high and you need a top-of-the-line air cooler or AIO liquid cooler to keep the temperature at a reasonable level.

Intel CPUs typically have the edge in gaming, but your GPU is the biggest contributor here. AMD CPUs don't perform badly, just not as well.

A Samsung 850 EVO is a good choice of SSD.

I suggest a locked i5, such as an i5 4460, and h97.

if you were thinking of getting a 9590, then an i5 is not out of your budget

something like a i5 4460 will beat any amd cpu in gaming
