New Gaming Monitor on budget

Hey .
was gonna get a new monitor for the new r9 390 8gb card i was planning on getting.
I play a lot of csgo, lol and a lot other fps games.
Im gonna start playing games like Witcher 3 and fallout 4 at 1080p 60fps .
I like a good sized monitor eg 24-25 inch.
My budget is around 200-250.
I have a ps4 so i would like to connect that too so maybe speakers or a jack plug.
