Hi guys,
Looking for some help regarding monitor's. Just purchased a new gaming rig, 1080ti nevidia, 16gb 3000mhz ram, i7 8700
The graphics card is nevidea so I understand I need gsync. (I wish I new this before hand I would have gone asus lol)
If i buy a monitor that doesn't have gsync, but it's own refresh rate is 144hz does that eliminate gsync or will it is it still needed to make the monitor go a nice 60.
Also I've measured my own monitor and it's 22inch, was looking at going bigger. Aside from the size, is going 35 inch over 27 inch a good idea, some have said go double monitor, which o don't fancy would rather have 1 big 1. Will a 35 inch be a performance hog and drag the fps down over a 27?
AOC 27" AGON AG271QG G-Sync 165Hz Gaming Monitor
27" Dell S2716DG 144Hz Nvidia G-Sync QHD Gaming Monitor
Acer 35" XZ350CU Curved Freesync 144Hz Gaming Monitor
AOC 35" AG352UCG 100Hz Ultra Wide Quad HD Curved GSYNC Gaming Monitor
Are a few I've been looking at
