Hello toms´s Hardware users, i have been toying with the idea to build a new gaming rig and i need some advice.thanks for reading and answering.

Approximate Purchase Date: Could be tommorow or in a month if there are hardware revisions which are worth waiting for

Budget Range: 2000€ max if possible would be nice, lower is alwasy better but if necessary i can pay more

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies / streams, listening to music ,sometimes 2-3 things at once

Are you buying a monitor: No,already have two monitors

Parts to Upgrade: i have a ssd which i am going to use

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: amazon.de , alternate.de , mindfactory.de

Location: Nienburg, Niedersachsen, Germany

Parts Preferences: quality is important not the brand

Overclocking: Yes,but only in the future if the system starts to struggle with holding 1080p @ 60 fps with high or ultra settings

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, maybe 2K in the future

Additional Comments: quiet is nice also slick looking, dont care about bling, the case could be something like the Corsair Carbide Clear 600C

i play a lot of different games, but i prefer rpgs or strategy games. when this pc is built i want to enjoy the witcher 3 and total war shogun 2 and warhammer

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: i would like to enjoy older and newer games at 1080p with 60fps ,my gaming pcs of the past have alwasy struggled with the total war games, and i would like to play most games with ultra settings for some time

Solution
^ the 1080 is a good choice crossy, sine the op has 2 monitors. both for gaming in multi monitor setup?
some small changes : higher speed ram. a more economical case[my choice] and psu :

Honestly this is overkill for 1080p and not even at your budget so you could use the remaining 500 Euros to just buy a nice 1440p G-Sync Monitor or so with this build instead of upgrade later since you have the budget for it. Didn't include SSD as you stated already having one, parts are setup for modest Overclocking if need be and case was chosen in line with your preference. Hope this helps :)

Solution
Not setting up an entire build now, but a small remark:
For "future proofing" (if it actually exists in the world ofPC hardware. "A computer is always outdated one day after pruchase") I'd say go for atleast 6 cores. If you got time for the build wait either for Coffee Lake (which will feature a 6 core on the mainstream platform) for for the next generation of Ryzen chips. (My issue atm, Ryzen lacks a bit behind in single threaded performance and Kaby Lake is still a quad core. Bought an i5 4 years ago, and now I start seing it bottlenecking.)

Otherwise the two already listed systems look pretty good.
