new gaming pc build £1200 budget help needed

REPOSTED DUE TO HITTING SOLVED BY ACCIDENT

hi all looking to build a gaming pc for a friend who has got a maximum of £1200 to spend.
he is in to his modding on skyrim and fallout and is looking to run up to 300 mods including enb and texture mods.but also wants to run ANY game on ultra settings at ease.
i have built a list on pcpartpicker if anyone could give advice on anything better to use for the money that would be greatly appreciated

also have dvd/cd writer windows 7 64bit and a monitor so they are not needed in list

I cant see any faults in what you have there, the only thing is if he wants to do SLI in the future he will need a larger psu.

i dont know if your being funny by that first sentence but i have not used this site for a good while and when i last used it there was no best solution box you could click and someone replied saying they have edited my list and i could not see a link so i clicked the solution box thinking it was there best solution for my question oh well live and learn,and i am building a pc for a friend with his own money hope that clears it up

You need a better PSU.. Bad quality. Look into an EVGA b2/g2 XFX, Antec, or SeaSonic psu

Ram is too tall, for the heatsink. PSU is not very good. I changed the motherboard to a THG recommended board.
