New Gaming PC build advice?

This will be my first time building a computer, so I'd like to run my choice of parts by you guys. If anyone with more experience can give some advice, it would be much appreciated.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, browsing the internet

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1440x900

Additional Comments: I have Windows XP 32bit, which apparently cannot handle over 3.5GB of RAM, which is why I've selected 4GB instead of 8GB.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Because my current PC is about 5 years old, and I would like to be able to play games such as Skyrim, Natural Selection 2, and Starcraft 2 with acceptable frame rate (40-60).

Why don't you upgrade XP with it? The upgrade to 8 is only $40 to download and Microsoft is about to stop supporting XP if they haven't already. Also you'll be able to support more RAM with a 64-bit version. These are pretty cheap http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313266 although I'm not sure if your site has the same offer.
