I have put together a rig that I am looking to purchase in the coming months and was looking for any advice on the build to see if there is anything that can be optimized or traded out entirely.

The after market cooler for the CPU is because I have read that it runs at about 85-90 temp under load but with cooler and new thermal paste it drops to roughly 50-60.

Any help at all is appreciated

Thanks

Few things worth mentioning:

1) It's fine for the most part, if you don't want to change anything you don't have to.

2) Noctua NT-H1 is a bit better and bit simpler to use thermal compound: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-thermal-paste-nth1

3) Zotac is the lowest quality GPU maker, avoid them if you can. Don't be surprised by noticeable coil whine from the GPU fans.

4) Hope you have an external DVD drive or another computer you can use to make a USB install for the OS.
