Hi guys,
I have just build a new PC:
750W Corsair TX CMPSU-750TX, 80 PLUS, 87% Eff', SLI/CrossFire, 37dB, EPS 12V, 140mm Fan, Single Rail
ASUS P7P55D-E Pro LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
NZXT Panzerbox, Black, Aluminum Mid Tower Case w/o PSU
4GB (2x2GB) Corsair XMS3 Classic DDR3 PC3-12800 (1600), Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 8-8-8-24, XMP, 1.65V
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3, Intel P55 Express, S1156, PCI-E 2.0, DDR3 2200, SATA 6Gb/s, RAID, USB 3.0, ATX
1GB XFX HD 5870, PCI-E 2.1, 4800MHz GDDR5, GPU 850MHz, 1600Cores, DP/ DVI/ HDMI, Aliens vs Predator
Saitek Cyborg V.1 USB Gaming Mouse, Black/Silver, 1600dpi, 5 Button
Intel i5 760, S1156, Lynnfield Quad Core, 2.8 GHz, 8MB Cache, Core Ratio 21x, 95W, Retail
22" LG LGE2240S-PN Full HD LED Widescreen Monitor, VGA, 1920x1080, 5ms, 250cd/m², 1000:1, PC/MAC
I have installed windows 7 professional (atm 32 bit, will get 64 bit next week).
My problem: 1920 x 1080 resolution results in some strange "blurry" regions. I can generally tell where they are by pulling a window with white background and black text across the screen.
What are they? Can I get rid of them? Shall I return the screen?
Thanks very much if you can help!
