Friend built a gaming pc with following specs:
Gigabyte B360M DS3H
i3-8100
16gb ddr4 ram
gtx 1060 3gb
Thermaltake Smart 500W power supply
1tb hard drive
The pc cant even run cs go at above 20 fps. Hdmi is plugged into gpu, chipsets downloaded, graphics drivers updated, not overheating, not using integrated graphics, power settings right.
In nvidia settings it detects the gtx 1060 but when i had him run user bench mark it said that it excluded a gpu. When he runs msi afterburner on csgo it says that his gpu is being used 100 percent but cpu only 30. Anyone know how to fix this???
