Question New gaming pc case fans problems

Hello ,
I bought a very high-end gaming pc (RTX 4090 , i9 14900K , Z790 AORUS MASTER ) and when i received the pc all the fans and RGB worked fine , after i downloaded ICUE the case fans RGB stopped working and my pc is not recognizing the fans anymore so i cant control them (not speed control and no RGB control) but the fans are still working.
I tried to delete the app , reinstall , delete the gigabyte control app as well , no matter what i tried my pc is not recognizing the case fans.
I contacted the place where i bought my pc from and they say that they think i might have to format my pc in order to fix that and they are not sure that it will work .
I have so much things already on my pc (lots of games and softwares) so i'm hoping to get any ideas here before i do the format of my pc .
I will appreciate any suggestions and help <3

Do you have Armoury crate installed? That could be interfering with it. What did you use before you downloaded ICUE?

I dont have Armoury crate installed on my pc , before i downloaded ICUE i had the Gigabyte Control Center software installed .
I tried to delete both software and install only one , nothing changed
