the hard disk and video card from my older PC

this components will cost me about 320$
can any one recommend another components

my processor now is core2due 4200 2.4 GH

Could pick up a used Phenom II x4 955 or 965 and then a mobo with a 970 or preferably 990 chipset, possibly even a refurbished one. That should save some cash and will be a decent enough system for the next 2-3 years. I just did this for a relative and it worked out quite a bit cheaper than my original plan of a used i7 920.

prices are a bit different in Egypt like the CPU fx 6300 here is about 130$ and CPU cooler is about 29$
also the case is not available at any shop

No. Avoid that CPU (FX 4130) like the plague. It's a bulldozer FX.

If you're planning to go FX only go with: 4300/4320/4350/6300/6350/8320/8350. Piledriver CPUs. Anything other than that is pretty bad because of its architecture.

Can't argue with the rest of it though.

Yeah it's better.

Could just leave the GPU out. He'll be alright with his for a while and better to save up for a good one than to spend more by taking baby-steps up.

that card is seriously outdated but it can run games.
