New gaming PC, constant BSODs.

I've gotten mostly two errors:
PNF_LIST_CORRUPT and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

i5 4460
(8gbx2) 16gb crucial ballistix sport
H97M pro4
MSI R9 390
Windows 10
Corsair CX 750w

BSOD errors occur frequently, once every 10-30 minutes.
Will add information at request.
Note: All drivers up to date, windows update up to date (at time of me writing this)
0 errors found in memtest.
Errors occur seemingly randomly, not on idle or load.
EDIT: Just got IRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Sounds like bad memory. Try running the system with one stick, then the other. If one works and the other only crashes, you found your issue

Well, sh**. Windows is corrupted or something, not much I can do until I boot it from the disk again. Won't let me factory reset, and it's recommending "continue, turn off your pc, use another operating system and (not working) troubleshoot.

Considering your "edit", definitely sounds like memory issues... If you can fix the boot issues that is!
