Question new gaming pc help

ok so my gtx 770 just gave up on me i want to build a new gaming pc on 4K i am planning on these:
i7 9700k
msi z390 tomahawk
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz PC4-24000 C15 Memory Kit - Black
i dont know much what latency to choose for ram
nvidia rtx 2060 6gb
Seasonic Focus Plus 750 Platinum SSR-750PX 750W 80+ Platinum ATX12V & EPS12V Full Modular 120mm
i always want constant 60 fps or more without any dip i mainly play battlefield series and metro franchise games
which monitor to buy i have no clue

Well any monitor that will meet your expectations to be honest, it depends if you want a 60HZ or 120HZ etc.
The RAM speeds has really sweet spot either 3000MHZ or 3200MHZ.
Else i don't see anything wrong, your GPU might bottleneck in some GPU intensive games but else its good.
And consider having some fans for the case for a good airflow.
