Hello. I am trying to build a new PC and this is my first one. I am searching as much as I can to find the best parts at my budget. I can spend around 1300-1400 euros without buying a GPU. I will purchase one in the next months. So, the parts are the following:

CASE: Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Black
CASE FANS: Arctic P12 PWM PST A-RGB 0dB X5 or Aerocool Orbit RC 120mm X5
PSU: Corsair RMx 2018 Series RM850x 850W Full Modular 80 Plus Gold
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7GHz Socket AM4
CPU COOLER: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO Grey
MOBO: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro Motherboard ATX with AMD AM4 Socket (Rev 1.0)
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB DDR4 RAM (2x16GB) 3200MHz
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD 1.0TB M.2 NVMe
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB HDD 3.5" SATA III 7200rpm 64MB

The only issue I have found online is that the motherboard must be at BIOS version F30. If the motherboard is using an older BIOS version then it needs upgrading. I will contact the shop from which I am buying the PC parts and they will do it for me.
Also, about the PC FANS I like both of them so which one do you suggest and why?
Apart from that, is everything else ok? For GPU I am thinking about a 3060Ti but not right now. Is this system going to operate well? Thanks for any help / advice.

Change your RAM to 3600Mhz and you're good to go. btw a 650w psu will easily power an RTX 3060 Ti.

First of all, thanks for the reply.
The same series 650w PSU costs 95 euros and the 850w one costs 135. So I thought that 40 more euros is worth the 200w difference. Or no?
About the CASE FANS, are they both ok?
About this RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB DDR4 RAM 2 Modules (2x16GB) 3600MHz or G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32GB DDR4 RAM 2 Modules (2x16GB) 3600MHz?

Either of those memory sets will work just fine. Good deal on that 850w psu. Arctic case fans are solid. btw what country are you located?

You probably already know of this site but if not it's a good one.

So, I was searching for better options and I came onto this.
Instead of 5X Arctic P12 PWM CASE FANS and CPU cooler Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO Grey I could get with the same money
3X Arctic P12 PWM CASE FANS and CPU water cooler Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240.
Is this a better option? I think that according to specs water cooler will fit in the case (on the top).

It's a good option if the cost is similar.
