[SOLVED] New Gaming PC Very Low FPS(0-5 FPS) and MoBo heating up

I purchased a PC yesterday(assembled) and when I came home, I wanted to see how it performed. It seems to be lagging in every single game. The FPS doesn't even go beyond 10 in game, however in menu it is pretty smooth. Please help me.
Note:
GPU usage goes to 100% in game.
The power connector is connected properly to the GPU.
It is a large Circle Gaming cabinet, pretty good airflow.

PC Specifications:
GPU: Zotac GTX 1660 Ti 6GB
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700
Motherboard: Asus H370
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB 3000 Mhz
PSU: Corsair CX 650W
SSD: 120 GB Sandisk

Have you connected the monitor to the motherboard and not the gpu? It must be connected to the gpu.

Also what resolution is your monitor?

It is connected to the GPU itself and I just checked the temperatures. Motherboard is heating up at 100C. I don't get the reason. Everything seems to be running fine.

What program are you using to monitor these temps?

CPUID HWMonitor. I'm moving the PC to another place/socket. Will update soon.

TMPIN4, TMPIN5, TMPIN6 have temperatures over 110C, others are normal. Unable to upload pic via mobile, will try to upload via desktop in a few hours.
