New Gaming PC - Which RAM?

I am building a new gaming PC (my first) and was wondering whether I should get either:

8GB of Corsair Vengance DDR3 CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8 ($170)
OR
8GB of G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL ($75)

The only difference is that the Corsair RAM is 8-8-8-24 where as the G.Skill RAM is 9-9-9-24
I would like to know if this is a huge difference and as I am on a budget will droping to the lower
9-9-9-24 G.Skill RAM put me at a huge performance disadvantage or is this not something to worry
about too much?

I'd save the $95 and go with the cheaper RAM. Quick review on perf at this link http://www.anandtech.com/print/4503 (Basically other then memory benchmark's you won't see much real world difference). You would be better off spending that $95 somewhere else on your machine.
