Hi all

I am looking for an upgrade for PC gaming. Currently, I have I7 4930K @ 4.4 and a GTX1080. 64 GB DDR3 RAM. 1440p Gsync Predator Monitor. Recently been playing Far Cry 5 @ultra settings and notice that I am stuck at around 77 FPS and sometimes 60s (or high 50s (briefly). My upcoming game I will be playing Division 2...so I feel like I want to pull the trigger to upgrade some parts of the system. After researching I narrow the list down to two options, but now I am not sure which route I go would make more sense. I will turn my existing rigs into a server base for work (data warehousing and VMs) and plan on remoting to this machine through my new build. Thus, the new build is solely gaming. Let me know which option will be optimal. Also, I do plan on OC. Thanks
