are all these parts compatible and is it this the best build i can get for my budget ?

Looks pretty good to me. I have a tough time converting GB money to the US Dollar. Does that memory have the big heat spreader? If so, make sure you have enough clearance between the RAM and your CPU cooler.

You can save money by going with slower speed RAM as you won't be overclocking. You should get a regular cpu and not the low power version

Changed the gfx card for better(the 660 gtx is better than the 7850 and trades blows with the 7870), i recommend going with that i5, cause it's a quadcore.
I changed the mobo for better, added cheaper ram but as good and a quality psu XFX (made by seasonic), also put a quality case.
