Hey I'm about to buy a new PC for Battlefield 3 and Arma 3 when it comes out. I have a list of the parts I've found. I just want to know if this build will be future proof for games. I only purchase from Australian websites as the shipping is cheapest for me. Any advice would be helpful about what to change.

Budget Range: $1200-$1350
Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, OS.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: www.pccasegear.com

Overclocking: Yes Eventually after a few months.
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Looks good for me.. I would only change the watercooling to a reliable heatsink (ex Scythe Mugen), maybe get another case, and finally because of BF3 you should go one step higher with GPU and get a GTX 570 / Radeon HD 6970

Also instead of WD Caviar Black you can get a Spinpoint F3...great hdd that saves you some $$

I changed the HDD to the one you suggested and saved me $30 Thanks! I'm thinking of going up to the 6970 and possibly changing the water cooling to a heatsink.

Everything looks good but the psu. Get a real one.
