Motherboard - ??? (Would like to spend around $100 on it give or take)

I already have those. I have a Western Digital 250GB SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" HD. Do you think I should also upgrade my HD? I don't have a big budget and I thought my current HD was fine so I left it out

My apologies for not following the correct format. The motherboard (MSI P67S-C43 (B3)) that madchemist83 suggested looks pretty good so I guess I'll get that unless anyone else has another suggestion within the next couple days.

That PSu is too expensieve. And with that board u will not be able to do CF so I would go for lower power cheaper PSU. And use that money somewhere else

This is the PS I currently have: ENERMAX Liberty ELT500AWT 500W ATX12V I know this is good enough to run what I want but I didn't think it would be good enough to OC the CPU. Although I probably won't be overclocking for a while so I guess it would be wise to wait before upgrading my PS if at all.

yeah I would stay with that PSU for awhile. ENERMAX is solid brand.
Also on HDD u don't need another one unless u running out of space .. if u can fit it in ur budget get samsung f3 1Tb
