New gaming photoshop build! low budget!

hello folks, as I said you before on topic I wanted to build new rig for:
games ( starcraft2, dota2 sometimes bf3 mp , ac3 other news) . photoshop cs6, adobe illustrator !

Current parts from old hw i will use on new system:
1.Random case big enough to hold GPU
2.Cheap RAM 4GB Apacer 2x2GB 1333mhz ddr3
3.SAMSUNG HDD : HD502HJ 3.5 500GB/ 7200rpm/ 16MB/ SATA II
if you think these are old and useless on new system , say it, but I guess these parts are good enough for my new budget build.

Parts I am going to buy:

GPU, PSU , MB , CPU
Budget about for e.g. 420$ ( or less ) on newegg

GPU: was looking this model: CLUB3D HD7850 PCIE 1G D5 COOLSTREAM OC , coz its cheapest 7850 at my country. Give me advice about this ? Maybe 650Ti ?
CPU: 3220 i3, FX-6300, fx-4300 ? ? ? advice please!
PSU: can spend about 50$ ( Corsair CX500 or something cheaper? )
MOBO the hardest part for me.. Was looking for cheaper B75 , maybe H61 with new flashed bios will be right for 3220? What the diference between cheapest 55$ b75 and 100$ b75?

Any of the CPU's you mentioned are viable really. The i3 would be best for games and the FX-6 would be best for the photoshop stuff. The FX-4 should be slightly worse than both but cheaper.

I wouldn't go any cheaper than the Corsair CX series, the 430W version is fine for an i3 and HD 7850. If you go with AMD, get the 500W one though. AMD CPU's are a lot more power hungry.

I would go for the B75 chipset if you go with Intel, it is still almost as cheap as H61 but you get USB 3.0/SATA 3 built into the chipset and native support for Ivy Bridge etc. The difference between a cheaper B75 and more expensive one could be all kinds of things. More connections, better heatsinks, better network/sound capability and generally better quality components.

If the gaming is a bigger priority, I'd go:

i3-3220
ASRock B75M-DGS
Antec VP-450 450W
HD 7850 2GB

If you do more of your work and your less graphically demanding games like Dota and Starcraft, I'd get this:

i5-3470
ASRock B75M-DGS
Antec VP-450 450W
HD 7770 1GB

and whats about my current ram, is apacer 2x2gb ddr3 1333mhz will be alright for new build? for e.g. i5 and 7770

Yeah it should be fine so long as its 1.5v, id probably go up to 8gb in your next upgrade though. Maybe even 16gb if it is heavy photoshop work.
