Solution

You don't need that many fans. You don't even need the fan controller. Too many fans add additional sound and can sometimes hurt the air flow. Add fans if necessary. If you're going to overclock, you'll need an aftermarket cooler to do so. Custom water loops are nice and needed for extreme clocks. For mild clocks, sub 4.5, an air cooler is just fine as they have similar results to air all-in-one coolers.

The PSU you selected is an average one that many people don't like to recommend because it's cheap. This...
4590 is a waist of cash this is a much better option for not much more.
This mobo is also 30 dollars off and is one of the best Gaming motherboards out there period.
2x4GB will perform faster and these RAM sticks are low latency and higher speed.

PCpartpicker doesn't include newegg, which pretty much always has cheaper prices than amazon.
When i said it was almost directly pound to dollar, i forgot that i had included my software and accessories in the price too 😛
Thanks anyway for converting it to UK prices :)

That's an opinion. Not a fact. The 4590 is not a waste. Just like how the need for an overclockable CPU is an opinion, not a fact. There's nothing wrong with either of them. If the OP doesn't care to overclock or have multiple GPUs, they could save 60 quid and retain the same performance.

The link doesn't work. Don't use the link from the address bar. Use the permalink in the middle of the page.

Also, you should really state what you want to do with this build. While Turtle has a decent build, if you are not overclocking or going to do multiple GPUs, you're spending unnecessary funds.

The i5-4590 is not a WASTE of cash at all. It is great for non-OC builds.

I think it is almost criminal not to have an SSD bootdrive in almost any setup these days.
You have a super CPU, a fast graphics card and dual channel RAM and then you spoil things
by not going solid state to complete the trifecta.

Only thing left is SSD if you can afford one.

Yea decided to fork out a bit extra and go for a 480gb ssd, a full modular PSU and a slightly better motherboard. Do you think 1 intake, 2 exhaust fans would be enough? Thanks
