The CPU is technically a slightly underclocked i7-4770 without integrated graphics and the GPU is better than the GTX 770.

But the mobo is extremely cheap. Will it bottleneck the components? And i wont be able to oc the gpu or cpu due to the mobo.

Motherboards don't cause bottlenecks. You can overclock the GPU, but not the CPU with the build I made.

Whichever you like more. I would personally go for the 1st one since it's a lot cheaper and has hyper threading.

Go with Eduello's build the R9 290 is a good card and better then the Gtx 770, if you want a nVidia card that is better then the Gtx 770 you need to look at the Gtx 780 but also look at its price tag.

What advantage would i get with hyper threading? And also, what does that mobo not have compared to the h87 plus?

Hyper threading makes your system more future proof and it helps with multitasking. The H87 plus has a few more USB and SATA 6Gb/s ports and has better support for integrated graphics (useless). It also has MemOK: http://promos.asus.com/US/TCO/pages/Compatibility-Validation/MemOK.html

Why do you need an upgrade? Just take the GTX 770 and pair that with your current system.
