so long story short, i built a new gaming PC and downloaded CoD world at war and EVERY FLIPPING TIME it crashes, but on my old PC i would just Ctrl+Alt+Delete and force close it restart and it would be fine, but on my new PC it crashes so hard that i have to unplug it from the wall. Please help me this is really annoying and i hope it doesn't do this on GTA V

PC specs
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
GPU: ASUS GTX 960 STRIX 2GB
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600 Crucial Ballistix Sport
MOBO: ASRock H97M Anniversary

Can you describe the crash?
- Blue screen of Death?
- Are there any error messages?
- Do the graphics become distorted?
- Does the game just freeze?
- Does the audio make any screeching or noise when it locks up?

BTW - what brand / wattage of power supply are you using?

No error message, no BSOD and it sometimes makes a 1000 finger nails on a chalk board sound when it freezes and it kinda like it runs smooth then starts to micro studder/drop frames heavily for 2-3a seconds before it just stops, and the PSU is a corsair CX430
