i'm getting a custom computer from IBuyPower no interested in building my own, i'm getting a AMD FX-8320 CPU, a GTX 760 2 GB EVGA Supperclocked for a GPU, 8 GB of DDR3, and a 20% OVERCLOCK ON IT ALL (CAN THEY STILL OVERCLOCK THE SUPPERCLOCKED GPU), and a liquid coolant with a extra fan, I was wondering if their is anything that runs the same but cheaper, and can i play Arma 3 and BF4 on high or ultra settings, if not what do i need. also what are your thoughts on the rig.

Solution

Yes. The 760 overtook the 660 Ti and the stock one beat it by a little, but the EVGA with it's factory overclock and better components/fans design gets a nice boost over the reference card. If you can though, I would suggest getting the new twin fan ACX cooling version also from EVGA, if you can afford a little more, go for the Asus DirectCU II or the Gigabyte Windforce x3. With the new GPU Boost 2.0 on nVidia cards, the cooler the card, the better the performance. The Giga version also has one of the highest clock speeds available out of the box.

it comes with a AMD liquid CPU cooler don't know what model but its a free gift for a "summer of gaming" promotion same with the CPU and GPU both free upgrades and a free 650w power supply

A good deal on the liquid cooling, but my suggestion would be to definitely check the PSU you're getting. A crappy PSU can destroy every component in the machine a make them expensive paperweights if it fails. Try and get one from Antec, XFX, Seasonic or Corsair. Anything 500w+ is suitable.

Insist on swapping out the PSU, look at the brands I put a couple of posts ago. You could get by no problem with a 520w-550w, if that helps with any price difficulties when you switch. And it's completely up to you, but I would definitely be getting a 1080p monitor at least. A 21.5" or 22" is generally a good idea, smaller screen = denser pixels = better image quality. With the monitor on that list you'll only be playing games at 720p (Console graphics), and this build becomes complete overkill. 1080p will give you a much better experience, as well as make full use of the quality CPU and GPU you are receiving. Let me know how you go.

which is 650 Watt -- NZXT HALE82N-SI / 80+ Bronze the closest corsair is a 650w cmpsu-650txv3 which is 47$ more which isn't a no but i'm currently at my budget end and if i don't half to change anything else i change that and maybe get rid of the monitor

The reality is that the NZXT only outputs 600w of efficient usable power, it really isn't much of an upgrade.
I checked the website, the range of stuff they have isn't great man, I'd be picking a list of parts in a computer store and just asking them to build it for you. If you don't want to do it that way, take away the overclock. It won't give you very much gaming performance, and the superclocked EVGA card is already very good, they won't be able to get much more out of it. For $49 it's not worth it at all, and then swap the PSU to the CX500 v2.

Don't buy the monitor from this place. Do some research and find a well priced 1080p screen from Asus, Dell, Acer, BenQ, Samsung or Viewsonic. You can find one for around $135.

i know that its not much of a selection but i don't really want to build it myself but any other suggestion is appreciated. i will remove the stuff u said and will look for a monitor elsewhere

All good. What I mean is, some retail stores can put the PC together for you, at a cost of course. It will probably be about the same (most likely cheaper) price-wise, but it gives you the choice of picking each of your components, and not being limited to just what's available.

I would upgrade your GPU if you can afford to, but it isn't entirely necessary for 1080p gaming. It's more because with that motherboard you don't have the option of SLI if you were to ever buy another 760.

als thanks for the advice and i hope i didn't sound to stupid because i'm knowledgable (but theirs still tons to learn) and how things work performance wise but i don't know specifics between different models or manufacturers
