get a better power supply , Corsair RM 550X or 650X be sure it has "x"

and get NVME Samsung SM951 128G or 256G better

you are okay I Just would pick 4 or 6 Tera Harddisk for me and a better Motherboard. but it depends on your budget . and if you need more storage or not.

as for mother boards , in ITX , I like the following :

1- ASUS Z170I Pro Gaming , has better options (better sound , and better cooled)

2- ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Impact , the best itx , but is very expensive , and it uses U2 instead of M2 , you need to change the storage to U2 NVME

If you want 2 x LAN stay with your motherboard , it is the only one with 2xlan

I got this so far and it looks great but there is one issue though if there's anything I can bring the price dowe at least 200 and it'll be perfect if not than oh well haha

change the SSD storage to Samsung SM951 NVME ... it makes a huge difference ...

well I had them both (now using SM951)... you can feel the difference , and larger storage should be normal harddisk . The main goal of SSD is faster working place , not storage (IMO), Storage go on the mechanical harddisk ..

I just install OS, Programs and games I am playing on SSD , everything Else is on my 6 Tera WD Black (best harddisk ever) ..

Just my opinion .

Some people love huge SSD , but I dont see the point ... get High end WD Black + 250 NVME SSD ... best combination.

This I replaced the i7 with an i5. Not sure why you want an i7, as an i5 handles VR nicely so if this PC has another purpose please let me know.

RX 480 instead of a 1070. It can run VR, not as great as the 1070, but definitely playable with huge stutters.

So this is a really slimmed down VR rig. Some larger sacrifices were made but the price is really driven down.
