Fair ssd size, could use your old hdd for general storage. Ram speed for performance gains with Ryzen. Decent psu and case for airflow. Cpu comes with a cooler which case air flow is important. Rx570 decent for the price, around Gtx 1060 level and cheaper.

Not sure how much difference in price compared to your currency.
