For playing demanding games on med to high settings, i found the following options under my budget:
CPU: APU A4 3400 or, A6 3500 or, phenomII X2 555 or, Athlon II X4 630 or, FX 4100 or, INTEL i3 2105(choose one)(OC is not a must)
Mobo: Any well compatible setup for at least 5-6 years lifespan
RAM: corsair 8GB@1333MHz or, xeon 2x4GB@1600MHz
Graphics: AMD 6670 or, nVDIA GT 530/520

And also suggest what PSU/cooler should I buy.

seeing this it seems like your in a really tight budget. maybe an i3 2100 won't fit in there, how about a pentium g530 or something?

G620 is a short of GHz, lack of li cache(32kB) and offers only basic technologies of sandy bridge architecture. It also lacks hyperthreading for core optimised games. Is there any benchmarks that proves it going head to head with i3 2100 or, fx4100.

Well I'm glad you asked. These benchmarks are only in a few games, but give a good idea of different loads on a gaming CPU.

Don't mistake me, the i3-21xx is unbeatable in the budget space, but the Pentium I suggested should do a great job for less. Up to you if you want to spend double for more performance/future compatibility.
