So, I have been on PartPicker.com, and I have come up with a nice setup that should work.
If there needs to be any changes, post your suggestions please. How well would this run Battlefield 4, ArmA 2, ArmA 3, and other intensive games?

Solution
Unless you want to add another graphics card later, then you don't need a 850w power supply. I have a 780ti with a 760w power supply. Also the new 4790k just came out and its only $20 more than the 4770k. Its got about the same performance but the cooling is quite better on the 4790k. Other than that. On BF4 I think the average benchmark for directx 11. It averaged out at about 55 fps on ultra. On Arma 2 and 3 the average on ultra settings on directx 11 were at about 48-50 fps.

Do you need the blueray player? is not grab something cheaper. Also if you can afford it get the I7 4790K its not much more the the 4770 but runs cooler has higher base clocks and overclocks better. Just make sure that bored supports it, if it dose a bios update may need to be done.

Also grab a 2X4 or 2X8 kit of ram for best performance if using dual channal.

Regardless you should play all games max settings or near max settings at current, only some of the most demanding like crisis 3 should give you some trouble.

all in all its great build other then the option for the better CPU like I said ^.^

Thanks for all of the replies in such little time! I have considered everyone's ideas, but I think that I'll go with EasyLover's set up. This is probably what I will go for. Thanks everyone.
