New gaming setup

Hey guys,

a friend of mine is interested in a new gaming setup. His budget is between 800€ and a 1000€ and he lives in Germany. He got a mouse, keyboard and headset but everything else is needed (including screen and casing). He mainly wants to play the next Elderscrolls.
