New GamingRig Slow

Hey!

I just recently purchased a pre-built iBuyPower Gaming tower off of Bestbuy. Ever since getting it, It seems to be running slow in almost everything I do. In simple games I cannot even go to maximal settings. In games like MapleStory it lags and runs slow. Same for Warframe.

What bugs me most, is the browser. Tried using IE, to no avail. Runs slow. My personal preference of browser is Chrome, and this rig is running slower than my non-gaming laptop with more junk on it then you can imagine.

16GB Ram
GTX GeForce 760
1TB HDD
120GB SSD

Have you reinstall your GPU drivers?or upgrade to the last version?
If not drivers problem,maybe you can try to reinstall your os,If it's not work,maybe it's HDD or SSD broke.
