New gene CPU HSF

I think new generation of heat sink fan should blow from the side through the FINS and out into a tube connected to the exhaust fan and out straight away.

The case should also have a second exhaust fan for extra......

Obviously heat sink material should be good etc..... but with fan on side, big tube isolating all heat directly out of case will make a big difference.

example

A same system with exhaust fan on windows (opened) temp 20C reach 39C

when moveb back into room, far from window, without exhaust fan, CPU 57C

the Alpha PEP66t already has this (minus the exhausting part, but you can make one easy enough). I did this for awhile and it worked great.
