new gigabyte 2060 6gb DP outputs not working

my display ports on the back of my gigabyte OC2060 6gb dont seem to be putting anything out, but the HDMI does? i have tried updating everything and redownloading drivers. ive tried all the powercycling and unplugging your monitor nonsense but still nothing? the graphics card operates perfectly fine via the HDMI but when i switch to DP in my OSD i get nothing

You probably need to find a second monitor to test it.

im going to try another DP cable but there is no way there is anything wrong with this monitor or the graphics card? everything else, literally everything else functions perfectly, but it detects no Display Port signal... Idk man... im lost

Sure it is.
30% is the GPU, 69% is the monitor and 1% is the DP cable.

Meh, my money is they are gonna send it right back telling you the gpu is perfectly fine.

Have you manually set your monitor to connect using the DP instead of the HMDI?

Unless it has a bad display port, Which is POSSIBLE.
