What to buy?
I do have a freesync screen and 850w psu

SeaSonic - M12II EVO 850 W 80+ Bronze

I was thinking about rtx 2070 though I don't know which one, there are tons of subclasses.
i prefer buying through amazon or newegg
Thanks

I would disagree about a i7-4790K being "slow". Compared to current generation hardware it should still be roughly on par with mid-range CPUs like the i5-8400. It's still a very capable gaming processor.

The monitor might arguably be more of a limiting factor for a 2070 than anything, as such a card is capable of pushing much higher framerates than 75fps in most games at 1080p, or of pushing higher resolutions like 1440p at 75+fps. Of course, if raytraced lighting effects become more common in the years to come, a 2070 might actually not be that overkill, as they tend to cause a big hit to performance, even at 1080p.

which one is better

MSI GeForce RTX 2070 VENTUS 8GB 256-Bit GDDR6 Video Graphics Card RTX 2070 VENTUS 8G - 500$

MSI GeForce RTX 2070 DirectX 12 RTX 2070 ARMOR 8G OCV1 8GB 256-Bit GDDR6 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - 480$

GeForce RTX 2070 WINDFORCE 8GB 256-Bit GDDR6 Video Graphics Card GV-N2070WF3-8GC - 480$
The Armor one. I guess it is having some sort of an offer from MSI because the Ventus is usually the cheaper model lol
