I recently upgraded my PC and bought a gtx 970! I had about 200fps in League of legends with my old 760 and now I get 150fps with my new 970... Same for battlefield 4! Where is the problem? My drivers are up to date, the cables are plugged... Is it my power supply? (corsair cx750)

Solution
It sounds like a driver issue to me. It's certainly not the power supply. Have you tried doing a clean install of your driver? You can do that by re-running the installer and clicking custom instead of express install.

I'll try that... let's hope it will work !

Already did ... apparently it's ''coil whine'' .. something that manufacturer don't want to fix and happens to a lot of people.. :/ Thanks for the help though!
