GPU fans run at the initial start but slow and stop after 10 seconds.

The computer runs normally with video from motherboard video ports while the card is removed.

I have read a lot of posts looking for an answer, but nothing has worked so far.
I dont have a second PC to test it in, no idea if the card was dead on delivery or if its some incompatibility issue.
I'm planning on upgrading my power unit, maybe it needs more juice(?)
and yes I ran DDU in safe mode.

Tried the second PCIe slot with no success.
Will update once the power unit arrives.

Okay, sorry for the late update. I finally had time and money to buy and change out my power supply. I went from a corsair V400 to a V550 of the same brand.
My desktop booted up perfectly and the graphics card now works as it should.
