New Geforce GTX 1050 ti Gaming x 4g GPU gives a black screen when installed.
GPU fans run at the initial start but slow and stop after 10 seconds.
The computer runs normally with video from motherboard video ports while the card is removed.

I think thats everything applicable.
I have read a lot of posts looking for an answer, but nothing has worked so far.
I dont have a second PC to test it in, no idea if the card was dead on delivery or if its some incompatibility issue.
I'm planning on upgrading my power unit, maybe it needs more juice(?)
and yes I ran DDU in safe mode.
